“Very impressed since they was decorating the place. I was passing by every day till they finally open and I desire to try the food, I was curious and also I’m not a vegan person. When I finally try that food I just got in shock. Super tasty, delicious, the Trinidad and Dominican Republic flavors- was so down the earth. So thankful to have them at the neighborhood, the service is excellent and Yesenia and her employees super professionals. The ambiance and decoration soo relaxing- I love the food and the service, how they welcome you, is hard to find a place like that. “We used to frequent the Astoria location which was always so great. The new Manhattan location is no different. Somewhat smaller, but just very cozy and very nice looking. Amazing food as always. The flavors and taste are just the best. No matter what you order you will not go wrong. The service is top notch and Rocco and his staff are just the best at what they do. Just go, you won't regret it.“

Their Dutch baby “Primadonna” pancake and lobster roll are to die for. Much of what is on the menu it’s imported from Italy of the finest ingredients. It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. They can accommodate large groups, children, pets, wheelchairs, (you name it) at their outdoor seating. Run there. 😊💕“

“Super high quality and so grateful it's in the LIC neighborhood! DEFINITELY recommended. The experience is intimate, with seating for about 10-12 in front of the chefs, but with tables in the back as well for a la carte dining. We were seated next to friendly folks so instantly had a fun connection during dinner and the staff was extremely attentive and professional throughout. The seafood was unbelievably fresh and delicious. My personal favorites were the O'Toro and the King Salmon but the Nigiri was up there as were all the tuna options. In short - all SO GOOD. Topped off with dessert, our 15 and 18 course omakase experience at Kaiyo was well worth it and had us content and happy.“

“The SMB absolutely blew me away. I thought it was a perfect balance of salty, sweet, light kick of spice. The beef was season so perfectly and was soft and tender. The egg was super fluffy and I really enjoyed the kimchi to add another flavor profile. The bagel itself was also delicious - light crunch on the outside but soft and chewy inside. Perfect texture and honestly it was such great value for a huge bagel. The owner gave out free rice balls because the wait was getting long and those were delicious too.“

The vibe and decor were every selfies dream. Marco Antonio was very attentive and helpful with questions and recommendations. I ordered the Colombian Burger and fries with a Sangria and my bestie ordered the Rellena Arepa with Tamarindo Margarita, we also had the Guacamole and Tostones as an app, everything was absolutely delicious!! “This place was delicious. The noodles were the perfect amount of chewy. The flavors were perfect. The dumblings we're so flavorful you didn't need dipping sauce. We got noodles in chili sauce and beef brisket noodles. Both were delicious, the meat was so tender in the beef brisket. I did wish the noodles in chili oil was a little spicer. But maybe I look to white for the full spice version, 🤣. The person who runs the place and takes your order is so kind. She was able to negotiate us a place to sit. “This has been my go-to bakery and coffee shop since they have opened! It’s the perfect place to grab my morning coffee before getting on the train and I consistently get pastries and sweet treats for birthdays, holidays, or for myself. The chef has perfected her art, as everything is always well balanced, not overly sweet, and incredibly flavorful and light. My favorite type of pastry is one with buttercream and it’s been proven difficult to find buttercream pastries in general, but also delicately well made. I often buy the mini cake as it is the perfect buttercream recipe and everyone I have gotten it for has been thrilled. You cannot go wrong with this establishment. I am always impressed by the artistry, craft, and of course, flavors. The family that owns it are also truly kind and overall wonderful people who I look forward to seeing every morning on my way to work.“

“As a local, I truly consider this coffee shop one of the sweetest gems in our community. I recently had a little Galentine’s get-together here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The family who runs it is incredibly kind and accommodating.

The coffee shop is decorated so pretty. We loved everything we tried, but the cookie butter latte and banana oat latte were definite favorites! The food was also good!

The broth is made in house, they have my favorite style of noodles with are straight noodles

The chashu is by far the best i have had, it was so tender that it fell apart in my chop sticks

And unlike most ramen restaurants, their chashu is made in house

The look of the chashu is unique compared to any other ramen place I have eaten at

I had to drive 50 mintues to get here

But I am coming back because I really want to try their Tsukemen ramen

The cod especially was high in taste quality. One of the best i've ever had. And the fries are really perfect. Their fryer must be clean and they must do a great job preparing.
