“I saw that one review from the person saying their oxtail was bad, but saw a plethora of positive reviews standing against it. I decided to give them a go and do NOT regret it! Lovely little spot for a late night meal! The cashier was very pleasant with a great attitude. I came by after finding my Airbnb and ordered 3 empanadas: Jerk Chicken, Salmon, & Oxtail. This is not a standard menu option, but she told me I could mix and match :)

I loved it!!! WONDERFULLY tasty food and a perfect crisp to the empanadas - not too hard and not too soft/mushy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“Sometimes it's worth going extra mile to get what you want. 144 Rockaway Deli has REAL bacon, and other things .But This store has some good smoothies had to grab some before I headed out. It's usually a line because everybody's trying to get their order.But definitely worth the wait. I'm definitely going back to get a smoothie“

“Prices for this economy aren’t terrible at all, he markets great, offered free juice (amazing btw) orange , ginger, lemon, carrots , very delicious and healthy, Carlos is just a positive and kind person and it’s a great personality to have in this business, he’s very very kind and this is definitely my new spot for the area. “This little bodega may not seem like much but it is pretty convenient, especially if you’re staying at the home 2 guest hotel down the block. They have drinks and snacks, of course. But also a pretty darned good sandwich deli and Mexican food bar.“

I eat very spicy but the cook here likes to practically put excessive amounts of Chile de arbol salsa and now I know why the cashier and the cook were laughing while making my dish. Totally wrong for them to do that. Salsa Verde is a better choice and delicious“

“At 172 is large building with lots of space on the in side. Car parking accessible also wheelchairs accessible parking. There are an accessible path way for wheelchairs to enter the building not to mention automated slide doors. Lots of groceries shopping carts easy-to-use and close to get access . The isles are well arranged and accessible for kids to adults. Well stock isles, freezers well stock with ones favorite meats and poultry and poultry products. They have an area where some clothing are selling too. Employees are very polite and hospitable, friendly, reliable and appreciated. The environment is very warm inside and very cold outside because of the current weather conditions. Washroom accessible. At the cash out line is quick no built up lines for too long wait, inside clean and tidy everything is in place. I had no problem to find items everything are so confined no hassle cool and calm.“
