“This sweet little eaterie is very deceiving in that it looks a lot smaller than what it actually is-- This place was PACKED with patrons when we visited-- with every ethnicity, race, color, creed AND age you could ever imagine♥️. The service was a bit uneven, but that could be due to the VOLUME of the crowd! Yet fair warning... It is LOUD-- to the point where you can hear everyone else's conversation but yours😂 However... it's definitely worth the trip-- Make certain to try the Milano-- 2 poached eggs on an English muffin with basil, prosciutto and hollandaise sauce. Delicious 😋“

“Excellent eatery on Atlantic Avenue. The owner is super friendly and very courteous. We are offered a free amuse-bouche starter of whipped ricotta on pita and it was fabulous. We got a few dishes of just tapas and a delicious salad. Will absolutely be my new go to restaurant. There was even live music that was another fabulous touch.“

Waffles N Sip Cafe is an absolute hidden gem! The Belgian waffles were perfectly fluffy, fresh, and delicious. Their specialty lattes are truly unique and full of flavor—the Lotus Latte is an absolute must-try and was one of the best specialty coffee drinks I’ve had.

The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is delectable, and the service was wonderful. If you’re looking for a great brunch spot with amazing waffles and creative coffee selections, I highly recommend Waffles N Sip Cafe.

“Ordered for the first time last night, they were super accommodating since we called at 8:45 and they close at 9:00…. They made us 5 pies and I’m was so appreciative. They were so nice and even recommended one which I absolutely loved (with potatoes!) we can’t wait to go back but to eat there so we get the Pizza Hut out of the oven! Amazing owners and such a delight to have in valley steam!! The owner explained the ingredients and concept to my husband and his friend. They can’t back telling us so about it!“

“I had a wonderful experience here. The Butter Cookie Latte was absolutely amazing—easily one of the best specialty lattes I’ve had in a long time. The Caprese sandwich was good and fresh, though it wasn’t quite as memorable as the coffee.

“Hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner here and we are SO glad did - everything was perfect! Everyone could not get over how delicious all the food was. Danny worked with us to create a menu that was tailored to us and our guests and we got SO much food included in the package we did. He also worked with us to create table arrangements that worked best for our event. I was worried at first that the space only being partially private and not a true private room would be an issue but it was not at all! We really didn’t need it and were happy to still get to enjoy the Sinatra singer that plays for the restaurant that night. He even came over and sang for our party and had us dance which was not expected but a fun surprise that we loved! Overall we had a great event here and I am so happy we chose them to host it!“

If it wasn’t such a trek to get here without a car from my place I would be here 4+ times a week. It’s always super fresh. I always judge a place on the burger sauce too and this one is def my favorite I’ve found in NYC so far. The people are always nice. Burgers have always come out fast. “As a local, I truly consider this coffee shop one of the sweetest gems in our community. I recently had a little Galentine’s get-together here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The family who runs it is incredibly kind and accommodating.

The coffee shop is decorated so pretty. We loved everything we tried, but the cookie butter latte and banana oat latte were definite favorites! The food was also good!

I'm a matcha enthusiast and I have been to Maiko before but never had their soft serve. This was exactly what I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth! The flavor is sweet enough and the matcha really come through - I can compare the flavor profile to Chigi no shiro by Marukyu Koyamaen.
