A true Italian Joint ! Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe made to perfection! . Appetizers are very good as well my favorite is the fried artichokes. Tried the special mozzarella in carrozza with anchiove and it was very good.
Portions are plentiful and it's a high quality pasta. Highly recommend!

Wow! We went to PASTARU tonight — and what an fantastic experience.
It felt a little strange walking through those familiar doors again, but any hesitation vanished the moment we were greeted by Simone and his warm, welcoming staff. The place was spotless, the service absolutely flawless, and the food? …we’ll Bellissimo! Nothing like fresh pasta !A memorable meal and a great night.

The BEST pasta in all NYS. Al Dente! Yes! They serve al dente. Pasta & sauce are made there and served right! Their pasta and tiramisu brought us back to our week of eating pasta every day in Rome. This is the closest ever you can get
