“In the past two weeks, I've purchased takeout from them three times totaling five bowls. I simply got the campero bowls with fried chicken, as did my boyfriend. AMAZING!!! Delivery is regular and once arrived early. Campero sauce is incredible!“
“I was craving some good seven curry and then i happen to see a post on fb, I went to this restaurant and they served it in a leaf!!! That’s right the way we eat it back home. “Located near a moderately busy intersection and a LIRR station, this area does not offer any other fast food restaurant options other than a Dunkin’ Donuts.This Popeyes location was recently renovated, so the inside is modern and usually clean. The service is friendly enough and they do have a customer bathroom, which is a rarity in NYC. Prices for the combo meals are a bit high and their chicken is a bit too salty for my tastes, but the chicken tenders and sides are an occasional guilty pleasure.“
“I visited this restaurant on Thursday. The cashier wearing a hujib was handling $ and food with dirty gloves.I asked for someone else to handle my food. Due to her lack of concern, with cross contamination. She stated she really didn't care about ppls health issues and food handling. She was rude and unprofessional, and this wasn't the first encounter with this cashier with no help on handling the food to customers.“
“Popeyes and burger King under one roof. The following experience was at the Popeyes counter. Asked for mashed, got fries! didn't get utensils when Coleslaw was part of the order. Got 2 napkins for three orders of food. Had to get back in line to ask for what should've come in the bag. So overall service was not very good.“
“I feel that this is one of the good McDonald’s and I’m so glad it’s close to me. The employees always appear well organized and work as a team which I appreciate seeing. However my only concern is that some days they have security and block off the doors because of the students coming out of the school around the area. They can be wild as most teens are, and also several homeless people come in and beg for you to buy them something while you’re ordering at the kiosk. I do appreciate the clean restaurant though but those factors unfortunately bring it down. The restaurant and staff itself is a 4/5.“
“I placed an order for pick up like 40 mins before closing recently, but when I got to the location to pay for my order which didn’t go through in their system. It was very newr to closing time for them. But it didn’t matter to the two guys working there. They made sure I got my food even if they had to stay past closing. The food also tasted amazing and fresh. I believe the guys names were Steve and Basiq I’m not sure but props to to them for the great service.“

“Have been visiting this place since 2017 (it was “Chick-In” then). The food is so good! Not everyone likes peri peri spices, so research the spices before trying out. We always order ahead, as they make the food fresh and it takes time to cook the chicken to desired level. We usually order whole chick in style chicken. Their corn on the cob and fries really complement the chickens. The same lady has been serving us since 2017 and I truly believe she is the SECRET TO THIS PLACE’S SUCCESS.
