“I really like Papa John’s — the pizza is always tasty, and I love how you can customize it just the way you want. The flavor is great and everything feels fresh.

But the only downside is the wait time. One time, I placed a mobile order and the app said my order was ready for pickup. But when I got to the store, it actually wasn’t ready, and I still had to wait more than half an hour. That was really frustrating.

I understand the staff is working hard, and they’re always polite, but maybe they need more workers to handle the rush and reduce the delays. It would really help improve the experience.

Other than that, the food is amazing and the staff is nice — just hope the wait time issue gets better!“

“Food is always great in taste. Service sometimes misses intuitiveness, common sense, and follow through. I find, that as long as I order delivery 4.5/5 times things are fine. Going into the store 50/50 chance you might have to reprimand someone.“

“I’ve been coming to Champions Pizza at rego park for a while now, and it never disappoints! I usually don’t have fav spots but this one might make the list! My go-to order is always the Margherita pizza, and it’s never let me down. Everything tastes fresh, the slices are always hot, and the crust is so good. “Ordered for the first time last night, they were super accommodating since we called at 8:45 and they close at 9:00…. They made us 5 pies and I’m was so appreciative. They were so nice and even recommended one which I absolutely loved (with potatoes!) we can’t wait to go back but to eat there so we get the Pizza Hut out of the oven!
