“The restaurant itself has a nice environment and looks modern and comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. Most of the tables were dirty, and I had to clean the table myself before sitting down to eat.

A nice environment doesn’t mean much if the dining area isn’t kept clean. I hope the staff can pay more attention to wiping down the tables regularly, especially during busy hours.“

“I genuinely cannot say enough great things about this Taco Bell location! The customer service here is absolutely outstanding, and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Every time I visit, the employees are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience.

The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly how I order it. What really makes this location special, though, is the staff. They treat customers with genuine kindness and respect, and you can tell they take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a fast-food restaurant where you feel this appreciated.

The team deserves recognition for their hard work, positive attitudes, and exceptional service. This is easily one of my favorite Taco Bell locations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and even better customer service. Keep up the amazing work!“

“Few times a month we stop by here , service , food & atmosphere great , parking is issue some this but street park available most of the time, always love subway sandwiches, my favorite is Vege Pati with whole wheat bread & tossing with cheese, why price is different then other subway Location & neighborhood?

“First time at this location and everything I ate (chips, steak bowl was very very salty. These place little dirty and unprofessional, compare to others place much more than at any chipotle I’ve been to. I hope you guys cut back on it. The food was almost inedible.😡“

“8/23/26. Honestly these were not great. They were never closed so not sure why they were so soggy. I waited about 25 minutes too. I should have just left. I felt bad they seemed understaffed and an Uber Eats guys was harassing them about and order. Not worth $15 for a water and French fries. Truffle aioli was very watered down too“

We came here hungry after an exhausting trip from montreal and the staff was extremely friendly and so generous with their portion size even gave us extra sauces on the side! Made our day way better and we Definitely recommend and will revisit when we come back to New York.“

“I’ve been ordering delivery from Chicken is Back for quite some time, and I can tell you that the fried chicken is actually crispy and juicy.

You must get the white garlic sauce if you’re a garlic lover like me. It’s so creamy and good! The spicy original is also really good if you like a little kick. My only complaint is that they put the sauce in such a tiny container, and it’s definitely not enough…

Although they’re known for their fried chicken, don’t sleep on the grilled chicken. It’s a healthier option, but it’s still incredibly juicy and flavorful. Honestly, it surprised me how good it was! As for the crispy batter fries, they’re OK, but honestly, kind of meh.

I do think it’s a little pricey, but I’d say it’s worth trying. Definitely recommend!“
