“8/23/26. Honestly these were not great. They were never closed so not sure why they were so soggy. I waited about 25 minutes too. I should have just left. I felt bad they seemed understaffed and an Uber Eats guys was harassing them about and order. Not worth $15 for a water and French fries. Truffle aioli was very watered down too“

“Stopped by Shake Shack at LGA Terminal B before our flight for a quick bite. Ordering was easy with the self-service kiosks, and the food came out pretty quickly, which is definitely appreciated when you’re trying to catch a flight.
The seating area is quite small for how busy this location gets, and we noticed quite a few customers having to stand while eating. The burgers were decent, but unfortunately, they didn’t quite live up to the quality I’ve had at other Shake Shack locations.
Overall, it’s a convenient option for a quick meal before a flight, with fast service and easy ordering, but there’s definitely some room for improvement with the seating and food quality.“

“The food was amazing here! We came here hungry after an exhausting trip from montreal and the staff was extremely friendly and so generous with their portion size even gave us extra sauces on the side! Made our day way better and we Definitely recommend and will revisit when we come back to New York.“

“June 26, 2022. Walked to get our order of a Lamb wrap, chicken wrap and fries. First time there and a welcome place to the neighborhood. The staff are friendly, the place is new and clean and most important the food is very good. Will return many times. Check it out.“

“Ordered the Jaleo Tequenos (served with a green Salsa de Ajo) which were delicious. Also a classic mojito and passionfruit margarita during happy hour. Both drink delicious and well balanced. Courteous and fast service. Would recommend!

“I’ve been ordering delivery from Chicken is Back for quite some time, and I can tell you that the fried chicken is actually crispy and juicy.
You must get the white garlic sauce if you’re a garlic lover like me. It’s so creamy and good! The spicy original is also really good if you like a little kick. My only complaint is that they put the sauce in such a tiny container, and it’s definitely not enough…
Although they’re known for their fried chicken, don’t sleep on the grilled chicken. It’s a healthier option, but it’s still incredibly juicy and flavorful. Honestly, it surprised me how good it was! As for the crispy batter fries, they’re OK, but honestly, kind of meh.
I do think it’s a little pricey, but I’d say it’s worth trying. Definitely recommend!“
