Excellent foods from the appetizer to the main courses.
Loved the food, service and atmosphere!
Recommended to us by some friends from Beijing, they told us it is authentic and surely it is, we love it. For a party of 6 we ordered the full set Peking Duck (that is the main purpose of choosing Juqi), Beef Shank Bones with Tendon, Iron Griddle BBQ Lamb, Shredded Pork in Sweet Bean Sauce, Cauliflower in a Stone Pot, Taste of Beijing Appetizer Platter, Sauteed Sliced Tripe, Cabbage with Sesame Paste, it is lots of food, and they taste like the ones we tried in Beijing. Based on the reviews, JUQI is located on the first floor of the Tangram mall. It offers a nice dining experience with a beautiful, stylish, and clean atmosphere. The food is really good and has decent portions. The roast duck is a standout, described as amazing and absolutely delicious with crispy skin and juicy meat. The whole duck carving presentation is nice, and they use the duck bones to make a rich and flavorful soup, which is a thoughtful touch. The soup accompaniment that comes with the roast duck is particularly outstanding. Other dishes mentioned include delicious lamb and shrimp, outstanding beef tripe for hotpot, and a beef and tomato soup. The Juqi fried rice is also cool and represents the coal stoves of the past. The waitstaff are consistent with changing plates and bringing the next course. The restaurant is a nice place for all group sizes, especially for large parties, and is recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine.
