El Pollo Inka Peru serves spectacular food with excellent service. The chicken is always good, and the seafood platter, JALEA, is a highlight, featuring delicious whitefish, pickle onions, and flavorful CHAUFA rice. The fried plantains are crunchy, and the green sauce is a standout. While service can be inconsistent, the food makes up for it. Prices have increased, but the restaurant remains highly recommended, as evidenced by its busy traffic.
