The drinks we got for pickup and it really sucked that we couldn't substitute the toppings or add toppings to some things. Crystal boba/ jelly sucks in general. Service was average, not bad but not outstanding. We felt bad for ordering 20 minutes before closing because there are lots of tasks to do. Went recently with my bf, and when we got there we weren't in the mood for a drink that was too sweet. The person who was taking our order recommended that we get the strawberry green tea, and we could adjust the flavor to 30%. I decided to add jelly and cheese foam, and it was perfectly refreshing.There aren't many options in the Ridgewood area for bubble tea, and this is the best spot if you've trying to get bubble tea. My go-to bubble tea shop on Fresh Pond Road, and a great place to get a bite too. Love their selection of drinks. My daughter enjoys the strawberry mint mojito (no alcohol in it) with bursting bubbles, and I enjoy their selection of freshly brewed teas. Everything feels fresh. The sushi burritos are delicious and my friends are a fan of the waffles as well.
