One of the best after school hang out place. Despite of having crowd of students, they still managed to make my order in a timely manner.

Kung Fu Tea X TKK Chicken is a great hang out place, especially after school. The store serves very good fried chicken and affordable fruit tea and milk tea. The staff is warm and friendly, and the store is clean. Customers like the passion fruit green tea, winter melon tea, matcha red bean slush, and hot taro milk tea. The staff is kind and helpful, even assisting with arcade machines. The store has a nice atmosphere, with arcade machines and a clean environment. However, the staff may not clean the tables and floors when the owners are not present. Overall, Kung Fu Tea X TKK Chicken is a recommended spot, with many customers planning to visit every week. The owners have made some changes, such as not serving food after 6pm, and have fixed previous electrical problems in the kitchen.
