Very busy drive thru customers favored over walk ins so there is a long line inside with only one person to deal with donuts and ice cream. On the good side they regularly have free samples such as yesterday they had free mini size iced caramel mocha latee s but it didnt help the fact that we waited 25 min to order our ice cream. The drive thru is fast and easy. Also they recently renovated the bathroom you just need to borrow the gas station style huge keyring from the cashier.
I've to command on the excellent customer service there. I'm a proud member of their birthday club. Why? Because you get a free scoop/cup of ice-cream when your birthday rolls around! Though you've to print out and present the coupon to the store. I guess the summer heat is getting to me, but I brought the wrong piece of paper (yes, I have lots of restaurant gift certificates on hand) and to make the matter worse, I was planning to treat my mom.
