The two staff on shift did the best they could with almost a dozen customers in the store while their supervisor Daniel hid in the back and clearly did everything possible to avoid working or helping. Daniel was the worst manager I have seen in a long time. Thankfully, the staff managed to do his job as well the best they could.

Besides the super expensive $8.50 for a small size cup, this ice cream parlor offered 0 seating. Not even 2 small round tables or even a stool. The one ledge by the window had a sign "no sitting." Totally unacceptable now that COVID is over, just put some tables!!! Where are you suppose to eat the ice-cream? Put a sign out that says take out only at least
