Long time costumes, spent many birthdays and celebrating at Nikko. But tonight was different, I understand covid has everything changed but to charge 18% gratuity for 4 people without letting us is not how you do business and treat customs. I have been coming to lunch here for over a year and this visit is by far the WORST I have experienced. The customer service was horrible - the staff was not attentive AT ALL! Due to COVID restrictions the restaurant was supposed to be at 25% capacity which was fine. Felt and looked like at a point the whole hibachi side was full. Went there this weekend with friends for a birthday. We had an amazing time. Very friendly staff and our chef was amazing and kept us laughing and entertained! Tipped him great because he deserved it. Oh and the food? Amazing!!! Can’t wait to come again!!
