This place definitely needs more cleanliness, more organization, and more staff who know how to serve the public. The ice creams are delicious and too expensive. For this reason, the place requires better customer service and a lot of hygiene??
Carvel was delicious and just what I needed after dinner. Try it you'll like it. Very convenient location on Union Turnpike near 164th Street. Treat yourself because aren't YOU worth it? Of course you are!
