I was ordering some ice cream. And while the girl was helping me out the manager literally in front of me told the employee not to give a large scoop. The employee then in return gave me 2 scoops the size of a small ikea meatball. And then charged me almost $7 for it. This was rude of the manager to do. Who does something like that in front of a customer? Not only was I not satisfied with the size of the ice cream, I was dissatisfied with the service.
I’ve lived by this location my entire life. I’ve gone there PLENTY of times and let me tell you, this location NEVER has the flavor of the month despite always being advertised on the windows. And even if they do, the staff always acts clueless behind the counter as to what it is.
Well I been coming here for a minute& Today they treat me so bad cause I did not like the way she did my drink she had to say it front everybody talk about he does not like the way I do it Wow
