Honestly could be a lot better, I don't wanna diss this place or anything but I wouldn't return, the flavor the service worker recommended was dreadful, just out of curiosity I picked another one randomly it was ok but not my cup of tea.

I have never been in a Dunkin Donuts where I was required to leave a tip. When I have spare change yes, I can throw it in the cup near the register, but it's Dunkin Donuts, not a sit down restaurant where someone comes to my table and takes my order and serves me. As I was leaving this morning an employee yelled out from the meal prep area "You never Tip!". I was shocked and appalled. I didn't expect to be hustled for coffee and a bagel. I'll never go in there again.

Each time I ordered from this Dunkin Donuts, they miss items in the order. I tried calling them, no on picks up the phone. This time, they missed items totalling to almost $30.00. How do you miss that many items? Service is terrible, the packing of items is horrible. This by far is the worst dunkin donuts in the area.

A very disgusting store. Especially when an old woman inside said she was going to call the police when I didn't go shopping first. I said I was waiting for my friend to drop by. And then she said you're only ordering now. Don't I have to wait for someone to place an order with me .why I need explain everything. I hope this disgusting place closes soon

Best part that I love going to Baskin & Dunkin is I can get a delicious ice cream and any beverage during summer. I like heading there when I use my scooter to the top and get my ice cream.

This place is a total disaster specially the old short nasty Indian lady that seems the manager I used to order every day 365 days a year there every morning on my way to work! Today I was waiting for the bus inside because the weather was under 10 and this nasty lady ask us to leave the store in a rude way! I'll never spend a dime on this franchise full of stupid uneducated People! We used to have amazing customer service in the past in this country! Even the Asians around their store give better service!

I said no and she laughed in my face and said something in a foreign language. Like who are you to judge and make fun of someone for something like that?
