Just ordered the pasta carbonara , and let me tell you something about it! The sauce tasted like water! But the flavor was there! So 3 out of 5 stars! The garlic knots we’re great tho.
Every time I'm in town this is my go to. Food is delicious!! The service is always amazing!! I brought my cousin and my mom for the first time for lunch.. and I also ordered 2 pies to go to bring back to Charlotte for my husband.

Donato’s is a classic neighborhood Italian restaurant with great food at reasonable prices. We loved the crab cakes, eggplant rollatini, and linguine with white clam sauce. The professional wait staff is awesome and attentive. Great selection of wines and desserts too.
