The crossing the bridge noodle is my favorite. The soup is so delish and authentic. I can’t find this type of food anywhere else. The hot and sour dumplings is my next best, and cold noodles with peanuts is also yummy.

I remember this place before they even moved into an actual restaurant, it was just a small stall shop on 49th street with just a standing table. I cannot find this flavor anywhere else!! I love every single dish here but especially the zhajiang mi xian (no soup version), the sour spicy dumplings, and the pork intestine noodles. ? this place has to be on my list of top 10 favorite noodles.
