It is a true hole in the wall flavor bomb restaurant. Looks and decor can be ignored. Just order the food and enjoy the amazing flavors.

best noodle in nyc, no otherwise. The beef and lamb noodle is the best! Very warming on a cold winter day!

I remember this place before they even moved into an actual restaurant, it was just a small stall shop on 49th street with just a standing table. I cannot find this flavor anywhere else!! I love every single dish here but especially the zhajiang mi xian (no soup version), the sour spicy dumplings, and the pork intestine noodles. ? this place has to be on my list of top 10 favorite noodles.

We ordered two bowls of beef & lamb noodle soup. They don't have best seating but definitely have the best noodle soup. Highly recommended

Soup seemed like it was spiced with a ramen miso packet. Not rich or flavorful. Noodles are good though.

Pretty decent middle of the road noodle place. Soup base is average, portions are pretty generous. Good for cold winter

The crossing the bridge noodle is my favorite. The soup is so delish and authentic. I can’t find this type of food anywhere else. The hot and sour dumplings is my next best, and cold noodles with peanuts is also yummy.

There are many choices in this area and I can recommend this noodle shop. The staff is very friendly and the ingredients fresh. There are several options to choose from to make your noodle dish exactly how you want it. Be sure to take cash because they do not accept credit cards.

I'm glad to see that over the years, the quality remains consistent and overall an amazing value. The rice noodles are really unlike anywhere else you'll get in NYC- a wonderful consistency and chew. I love the cucumber salad (one of the few places where I think it's worth the money!) cold noodles and the rice noodles with spicy meat. the Crossing the Bridge noodles are one of their signature and have great presentation, but the taste isn't to my preference. Service and decor is extremely no fuss and the main audience is definitely chinese folks who live in the area.

I came here for lunch with my brother and I did not leave disappointed! I tried their Crossing The Bridge Rice Noodles and was astonished by its taste. The dish itself was assembled in front of me by the staff. It came with a plate full of chopped cilantro and scallions, some quail eggs, various slices of protein (fish, beef, and lamb), and tofu skins. The broth was incredibly hearty and had a nice hint of Chinese peppercorn. The noodles had a nice chewy consistency and were able to pick up the broth's flavor. The portion was quite generous for the price. The restaurant interior looks like a low-key noodle joint with a nice chandelier; however, this restaurant definitely deserves more foot traffic because of their delicious noodles! I would definitely come back again and order their Crossing the Bridge Noodles. If you're in the area and craving some noodle soup, I highly recommend this place!
