We loved our dumplings, both fried and steamed! I recently ordered Stir Fry Rice Cake which surprised me as being a sizable order of medium sized oval-shaped thin rice “cakes”, more like noodles, with chicken and bok choi, in a delicious sauce! I highly recommend it!
This place is delicious! So cheap and good. Our total order was $15 for 4 good-sized portions. The staff don't speak English, but there is an English menu. There are a few seats if you want to eat in, you can also do takeaway. We ordered the fried and steamed dumplings, peanut noodles and clam omelet on rice. The egg and fried dumplings were especially good!

I'm so glad I found this place because it's literally a hole-in-the wall. Well this is mainly due to covid so you can't really go in. Instead they just have a window that slides in and out and you'll have to press a bell to get them to open up. Otherwise they are probably back in the kitchen working and won't notice you.
