“They want to make you happy, and do a lot to show it. Dishes we tried included the caviar dumplings (juicy, wonderfully contrasting flavors, fantastic sauce) short ribs (falliing-off-the- bone tender) and great hand rollls and unagi don. Things got a little busy, and they came up to apologize for unagi main dish being delayed, and plated a free roll. Not necessary, not sought, but appreciated. Even the synthetic maple tree, with its foliage forward orange leaves, looked great.“

“My favorite spot for the winter with their nice soup noodles for about only $10 per bowl which is really nice with how much they give you and how warming you will feel every bite. it is like any other restaurant, you wait until they seat you, wait until you are ready to order, you wait for the food, eat, tip and leave. the place is usually really packed during lunch time so either be lucky/wait to eat or not go at lunch.“

* Tom Ka Za: a take on the classic coconut base soup was so tropical and creamy highly recommend trying
* Watermelon: super refeshing and light was perfect to pair with some of the heavier dishes
* Calamari: was sooo yummy!! super crispy battered squid with a tangy sweet sauce was to die for
* Shrimp Donuts: very crispy crunchy and sooo well seasoned and was JAM PACKED with shrimp. am picky about my seafood but this did not disappoint
* Duck Yaowarat: this dish was a family recipe and truly did not disappoint. the duck was tender and flavorful with a lovely mushroom sauce that felt both clean and savory. would highly recommend!!!
* Kai Tod Hat Yai: first time trying thai style fried chicken and it was so good. it had a delicious curry broth and roti similar to a roti canai paired with yummy flavorful fried chicken. was pleasantly surprised by this twist on fried chicken.
* Coconut Pudding: a perfect end to a heavy meal these were light and creamy without being too sweet.

“I’m not vegan, but my visit to Cuffie Ridge Vegan Café in Brooklyn was an absolute treat! I tried the Jamaican sweet potato pudding, and it was beyond delicious. The spices were perfectly balanced, giving it a rich and authentic flavor that left me wanting more. The ackee patties were another standout – they were incredibly fresh and flavorful, made with real ackee. I only wish I had bought more to take home! And the vegan soups? Walking in automatically you notice great decor and we were seated immediately, and had water a plates brought to us in a matter of seconds. Menu looked great and they have many options. “The food was fantastic. I usually go a block away but tonight we were not able to get a table and we're pressed for time. We really wanted Indian food so we walked into Tikka and got seated right away. My Lamb Saag was delicious a perfectly spiced creamy spinach sauce, the lamb was fork tender. Just enough rice. The chili garlic Naan was the perfect addition. I will absolutely come back, bring more friends & try other dishes!!!

“Delicious! We had the beef soup, fish ball soup and 1 each of the bamboo shoots and pork and preserved vegetable sesame buns. The soups were delicious, with lots of white peppercorn flavor. The pork and vegetable sesame bun was our favorite of the two and had a nice tang. The fish balls are stuffed with pork, pertect flavor. The owners were very friendly and service was quick. “I never write reviews but I just had to for AKO Asian. Extraordinarily good food, in sizable portions and delivered early! I recommend the pineapple rice but the pad thai is great too. It's the little things - the sunflower seeds in the rice and the crumbled peanuts in the pad thai - they really make the dish sing and mean I'm still enjoying leftovers that I've been eating for a couple meals.“

“Underrated sushi joint in Bed Stuy. I ordered 33 vegan sushi rolls for my birthday dinner in the park and requested sushi platters - they did not disappoint! They gave me an abundance of sushi, soy sauce, ginger, utensils, and wasabi for all of my guests. They handled the large order with kindness and ease, and everything was ready on time. I've been coming to M Noodle since I moved to Brooklyn in 2015, and I was just there this week - twice!! It has always been there for me (they're open late, which is awesome) and I even once ordered dinner from them when my Thanksgiving plans went sideways. It was the first place I took my boyfriend who had never been to New York, and we go back every time we visit. If anyone knows who owns this place, I'd love to thank them. We love you, M Noodle!!“

The food is good, for the most part. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because once in a while, it’s hit or miss with how great your meal will taste.“
