“Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The menu can be super overwhelming, so just look around at the pictures on the wall to decide what you want. Supper unassuming spot but definitely one to check out. Started with the roti, a must at this cuisine. It was what we expected, standard fare. Next was the sizzling tofu. This is a dish I was unfamiliar with and thoroughly enjoyed. The flavoring was great and the texture of the tofu was stellar. Highly recommend. We tried the hokkien char mee, a noodle dish with dark soy sauce. Not overly heavy with a nice noodle. Good balance for the other dish. We also got lamb rendang, which was also great. This we took home, in the end, as the previous 2 filled us up. However, always appreciate a good rendang.“

The interior/atmosphere looks modern and cleaner than other restaurants in the area. Beef noodles had rich broth and bouncy mifen. Comes on a wooden tray with three other small pickled vegetables that you can add yourself. The pork burger or 肉夹馍 had a crispy outside and flavorful inside. “This is one of our favorite spots for dinner- it’s just across the street from home and we can always get a table for two. I’ve been obsessed with their Roti for the last 20 years as I’ve never tasted it’s equal. We’ve slurped down their delicious soups for the last year and I’ve been thinking of being adventurous, so I recently I asked the lovely proprietess for a recommendation. She turned me on to Vietnamese Grilled Chicken marinated with lemongrass and honey garlic (I believe it’s #37 on their menu) with a side of steamed broccoli: HEAVEN. The chicken is tender and juicy, the sauce is tangy and flavorful, so I dip the broccoli in it.My husband enjoys their Sizzling Seafood Delight and we always leave with our plates clean. This unpretentious neighborhood spot is a must try if you’re in Forest Hills. GO!Parking: You can park on Queens Boulevard or pay to park in the Parking lot in the Pinnacle across the street.“

“Overall a nearly excellent burger in the Shake Shack style can be had here! There's about 20 different styles of burgers with creative combinations. We had the O'dada and double whammy burgers. Both were overall very good with fresh, high quality ingredients and an excellent brioche style roll. The main problem we had was the burgers were a bit too greasy and excessively juicy which kept us from giving a 5 star rating.. It was difficult eating these burgers without making a mess and the fatty juices were flowing out like a fountain. Despite this these are still probably the best burgers in Queens due to high quality ingredients and being very tasty. The service was quick and friendly! Recommended if you're in the area and you're craving a Shake Shack style burger.“

“Craving for pho and this place was pretty good. Ordered the pho with beef, meatballs and tendons. The beef was thin and soft. Tendons weren't too chewy and almost melted while eating. The pho soup had lots of flavor and was not watered down. For the none soup lovers, the lemongrass pork and spring rolls over rice noodles is a pretty good alternative. “Gigantic portions here! This was the most stuffed I have been in a while. The service here is very lax, but at least they're not rushing you. I got the Tomato w. Beef Flank Rice Noodle ($12.95), which like all their pots, came already pre-assembled in this impressive black pot. Normally, crossing the bridge noodles's uniqueness came from the disassembled ingredients as shown in some of their past pics. So I was disappointed at first. But upon digging in, the flavor was very delicious! I wasn't expecting to see snow fungus in my broth, but the usual bean curd, quail egg, and corn were there. Their Beef Flank was also not chewy at all, and easy to bite into. And for a tomato broth, there were no tomatoes as a fyi. Most amazingly, I was impressed by how full I was off of this affordable meal. If you ever need a quick meal on a budget one cold night, you know where to look!“
