The staff was fabulous as when I arrived we altered how things were laid out. They just went along enthusiastically and we achieved our goal The special menu prepared by the chef was delicious, flavorful and plentiful. I cannot say enough about how magnificent the event was and how from the beginning to end all they want to do is please. The attendees have not stopped expressing how “perfect “ everything was. The mozzerella sticks are indeed the best mozzarella sticks I’ve had, but at the end of the day, they’re just mozzerella sticks. The vinegar chicken is good, baked clams are fine.“

“(Nov 2014) Uber cool high tech mod fitout and no shortage of opinionated beer nerds (complete with obligatory cult brewery t-shirts). Even at 2pm on a Sunday arvo. Doesn’t quite have the warm of a traditional US bar but still pretty friendly. Very international list with a focus on left of centre. Pricing on the high side but reflects the quality of the beers. Served via cabernet glasses - a nice touch. I really grew to like the place and they use a small space well. Can I say it reminds me of Two Row in Melbourne? And....btw....the only other bar I have ever seen where punters are punching out tasting notes!“

Went in and it wasn’t busy and we were seated and several right away! Drinks came out minutes later. The pub has a decent menu and seating area but I can see it filing up quickly on regular days. I’d super highly recommend if you’re in the mood for American cuisine; burger and fries and drinks! Super fresh burgers and crispy fries. Grilled chicken was to die for! Let’s no forget the Mac and cheese: definitely get that too. The potato soup caught me off guard and so did the salad bc it was so yummy.“

“I’ve been coming to Nook for about a year now. Some people do criticize the way that it’s always packed, but my dog & I have always managed to find a spot, & I actually enjoy the atmosphere of a packed house. It means lots of pets for my dog, meeting new people, & feeling unalone in the neighborhood! They have fantastic food, drinks, vibes, staff & always have things going on each night to get more involved. So far I’ve been to their jazz nights but know they have a book club, comedy, chess and more. It’s such a wonderful neighborhood gem. There’s lots of outdoor seating & there is some noise between chit chat & music on that isn’t too overbearing. It’s a great place to work from unless you need to hop on quiet video calls. Phone calls could easily be accepted outside. We love you, Nook!“

He was professional, respectful, patient, and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish.

When I arrived, my order was ready exactly as requested. The food exceeded my expectations—the burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were hot, fresh, and crispy, and the lemonade was refreshing. Everything tasted fresh and was clearly prepared with care.

Great customer service paired with amazing food is a winning combination. I highly recommend Burger Joint Industry City and will definitely be returning. Keep up the excellent work!“
