“Great local bar with a very large selection of beers and delicious food cooked to order. All kinds of great bands on different nights of the week. They have fire pits in the back in a covered area with large screen televisions and exceptionally friendly staff. If you're in town in Rockaway Beach, definitely a place to stop by and have fun with friends.“

“Gottscheer Hall is a fixture of Ridgewood and has been for decades. It does an excellent job at bridging the gap between the old neighborhood and the infusion of the new crowd in a way in which everyone feels welcome. The food is excellent and reasonably priced and their selection of German beer pretty much guarantees something for everyone. The bartenders are also the best in the area, friendly, personable and great to chat with while sipping on a cold one. I've made many memories and friends in that place from all walks of life. “I hosted some friends for my 30th birthday here and it was the perfect event, no small part because of this space. Everyone who came mentioned how much they loved the spot and the vibe. The drinks were great and I was able to bring in food (we ended up ordering some of the food they offer as well to snack on - delicious). What I will rave about most is the staff. Audrey took our orders all night and was the kindest, most helpful and attentive person. Also shout out to Amanda and JR for being so great as well in answering all my questions. I think I found my new favorite spot!!“

“Huge airplane hangar of a brewery and taproom. Lots of beers on tap that run the gamut of tastes and styles. There's a lot of active stuff happening around here and you can really get lost in the enormous culture surrounding this place. Small food plates are available and they seem to have food pop-ups as well. The other night I had a pizza during happy hour that cost a mere ten dollars. What a steal!“

“This location is near my place and I always see it when I pass by. Tonight I felt like stopping by to pick an order to go. The place looks a cool spot to hang with friends and family and super clean and helpful. I skimmed thru the menu quick and the Karaage Curry caught my eye since it was a curry dish !!! I must say the food was good! However, it was a big disappointment in which there was no curry ..? Just some sweet sauce drizzled on the chicken katsu. I was really looking forward to this dish/my dinner but the curry was a no show! Kindly can do better with this dish by actually adding the curry sauce!!“

“Food is great! Not only burger test good , shakes the best. My favorite is red velvet shake it has cake mixed with ice cream?My lunch was a classic beef with jerk fries and the Harlem shake :) my daughter got the kids combo, hot dog and fries and a shake . No walk needed. Delivery is petty fast!“

They have a couple of beers, ciders and kombucha on tap. You can drink it there or take home in growlers. Friendly service. They also have free tasting and free food samples from time to time. Highly recommend coming here for a super chill time.“
