About The Bier & Cheese Collective

The Bier & Cheese Collective offers a cozy and lively atmosphere, serving delicious specials, sandwiches, and grilled cheese, including the amazing bacon avocado BLT and the Papa John. Customers can enjoy a wide selection of craft beers, ciders, and fine foods, such as a long fresh cheese bar and cold cheese curds with bread. The restaurant is known for its friendly service, great ambiance, and unique products like Amy's homemade pumpkin donut and Brooklyn-made peanut butter cups. With patio seating, limited bar stools, and close proximity to public transportation, it’s a great spot for events, tastings, or takeout. Recently, visitors have highlighted the great vibe, especially during music trivia nights, and the welcoming bartenders.

The food menu has many appetizing options, and some guests have mentioned wanting to try the Roast Pork Banh Mi. One group ordered a large charcuterie board, beautifully presented but modest in portion size for the price. The “Figgy Piggy” sandwich has also been noted for its flavor and satisfaction. While there is a $2 uncanning fee for consuming drinks on-site, the overall quality and experience make it a place worth visiting again. The craft brewery concoctions, mostly available in cans, enhance the experience even more.

And cider & bier - about a dozen on draught, and more cabs and bottles on the in the cooler. Great Brie garden in back for gatherings.
Wow. Order “the pairing”. They do an excellent job pairing the beer and the cheese.10/10
Went on a Friday evening around 9PM for beers and snacks, and the place was lively but not crowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful - order at the counter and then take a seat indoors at tables or barstools or in the outdoor backyard patio. There are 12 beer/cider taps with a lot of variety, currently ranging from Hefeweizen, to IPA, to Sour Ale - generally the pours are 12oz or 16oz. Additionally there are several glass-door coolers along the wall with cold bottles...read full review
