The food here is EPIC. It's elevated bar food but they do it SO well. The chili has no right being that delicious!! Great beers too. I seriously want to try everything. On top of that, the service is great, very friendly and efficient. Just a really good vibe all around.
I discovered this place on the same day I lost my apartment to a fire in neighbor's unit. Cold and broken -- i found this gem to bring warmth back to my life. I call this sort of a establishment a dive bar PLUS which translates to just my kind of place. They had great local options on tap. Bartender was super friendly. There were nuts on the ground! I love stopping by while I'm in Queens. Now that I have discovered they have an Elf mural and a resident (of sorts) French bulldog with his own barstool, this is a must stop while visiting this neighborhood. Super laidback and the drinks are cold and flowing. The staff wants to ensure a good experience! Live music when I was there on a Friday early evening. Cheers!
