Superb.
We had an incredible time at this neighborhood wine bar. The ambience is fantastic. The ceiling to floor windows open up so you can sit indoors for the a/c but still feel an occasional summer breeze and watch the sun go down as you nibble and nosh. ZaGaya is a lovely and quaint wine bar with a cozy atmosphere and warm vibe. The food is amazing and completely out of this world, featuring authentic Ethiopian cuisine with a modern twist. Every plate is better than the last, with rich flavors and beautifully balanced spices. The snacks and spreads are exceptional, including memorable apricot jam paired with cheese and charcuterie. The wine selection is huge and incredible, also offering an amazing selection of NA drinks and Ethiopian wine. The service is friendly and incredible, with great energy. The place is beautifully decorated, often featuring perfect live music. It is the kind of fun, warm place you go for one glass and end up staying all night. This is exactly what the neighborhood needed.
