“We were a group of 7 that included two elderly parents, a 7 year-old, and a newborn, to celebrate my mom's birthday. Both the hosts and our waiter went out of their way to help us and make this a special dinner for my mom and our family. Every dish we ordered was great, both the preparation and the taste, including the appetizers, entrees, and the dessert. Nothing was too heavy or overdone. Our waiter was very understanding and accommodated the various dietary preferences and restrictions at the table. She helped us with the surprise at the end for my mom. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I am grateful to our waiter for her patience throughout the night. 100% recommend.“

I don’t even know where to begin, James and his son (which I thought was his brother) are the nicest, hospitable people ever. The food is INCREDIBLE, I mean how do you elevate a green salad, but James did!! Everything we had was 10/10!, from the grilled scallops, to the steak & eggs, down to the mastic gelato. “I ordered through DoorDash and unfortunately received the wrong order, a mix-up with the bags at packing. The owner reached out personally almost right away, apologized, and made it right without any hassle. That kind of responsiveness says a lot about how they run things. The food was amazing as always, and I really appreciate the gesture. Genuinely appreciate the quick fix and the care they took to make sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be ordering again.“

“I call it a coffee shop but it's a lot more than that... It's also a deli with great food, delicious bakery items, and excellent coffee. And the manager and workers are helpful and friendly. They open at 9a and are in the lobby of a high rise office building. Definitely will return each time I'm working in Brooklyn...today was my fourth time! I will update with pics when I go tomorrow!“

The tacos were the best I've had in years, with fresh ingredients and delicious pico, & the fries were super crispy without any greasy taste. There were a ton of options, so this is a great diner for small groups with varying culinary preferences. It's also very cheap, especially considering the food quality (less than 10 dollars per person).“

“To all my Willy-B's(Williamsburg Neighbors) and anyone passing through...This place right here is the only original undisputed spot close by that I can call a real Diner and it's right here in the borderline of Williamsburg and Greenpoint. We walked from Metropolitan Ave and Meeker looking for this place. When we stepped inside, my son and I were very impressed. It has a very friendly atmosphere. The menu & it's large portions of freshly made food along with the wonderful service by Nazi(our server) was absolutely amazing. Our gratitude to the Chef as well. So exciting with it all that we forgot to take pictures :-D It may be a little pricey, but it's worth every single bite :-p We will definitely be back ... Next time for breakfast :-) This place deserves a 5 plus review rating“

“My favorite diner hands down. I moved to Staten Island a few years ago, but still cross the bridge when I want the best French toast. I visit at least once a week. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. I’m mostly there on Saturdays, and Catherine is always my server. Love her! I’ll be going back to work in that neighborhood soon (DOE), so I’ll definitely treat myself to lunch there as well😋.“
