“We had a dinner party for my husband’s birthday. The service was impeccable. The staff were helpful, polite and genuinely nice to my guests. The Manager, Maria was exceptional. She made sure that we were well taken care of in every way. All our dietary restriction were met. The Owner, Dennis was very nice and accommodating from day one. He made sure we had a great time. Everyone of our guests complimented the food, very well seasoned and flavorful. Great drinks. The venue is beautiful and clean. Great space. I absolutely recommend Laterna for big or small events. “We ordered assorted gyros, souvlaki, tacos and baklava. The staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. Over all decent and accommodating to the greek culture with a twist of spanish. Only thing I would change is to add oragano salt and pepper to the gyros and don't blend the tzatziki makes it a bit pasty in texture but flavor was 7/10. The baklava less refrigerated time and more syrup not leaving the tops so dry. Would visit again.“

We had the tomahawk steak, lamb chops, branzino, calamari, Greek salad, and octopus, and everything was outstanding. I had an incredible experience at Plateia GR! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone for the evening.
The food was absolutely delicious — everything tasted fresh and authentically Greek. The grilled octopus was tender and perfectly seasoned, the meatballs were so moist and so good, and the gyro was delicious and full of flavor. The tzatziki and warm pita were the best I’ve ever had, and the galaktobouriko at the end of the meal was the perfect sweet finish.
What really stood out was the staff’s genuine hospitality — they took the time to explain the dishes and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

“We spent our 25th wedding anniversary at Kyma and it did not disappoint! It was more than just dining- it was a whole experience! The service was phenomenal as was the foo, from the appetizers to the dessert. We ordered the Agean special. The watermelon salad was one of my favorites! After the meal, they brought us two beautifully prepared desserts. And then before we left, the manager spent time talking to us and getting to know us on a more personal level. It was really special evening and I highly recommend Kyma!“

“I don’t even know where to start. For starters, I’m out in Suffolk county. I was just in the area for an errand. I have been craving good Greek food for so long. I took a chance on this spot after a few fails at other places on the Island. The prices are a bit high HOWEVER the food was worth it.

Such a delicious and amazing gyro and chicken souvlaki platter. The chicken was well seasoned and moist. The gyro was delicious so flavorful. My mom LOVED the baklava she hasn’t had one like it in years. I really wanted good tzatziki sauce. THIS HIT THE SPOT!!! 100% hit the spot.

The platter came with fries and a delicious Greek salad.

“My husband, and I, ordered food, for delivery.
We purchased the small garden salad, with its generous portions of feta cheese, Romaine/ iceberg lettuce, and sliced tomatoes. We chose the protein add-ons, of fresh, grilled salmon, and, falafel.
All, were very satisfying.
We also had rice pilaf, as well as hummus, and tzatziki dips.
We liked the rice, and dips, which complemented the warm, wheat pitas.

We will continue to patronize this establishment, for its appetizing food.“
