Cozy and welcoming, Skara is a great representation of grilled Greek delicacies. Both times I have visited for lunch, and both times I have enjoyed the octopus and the chips. Both are made to perfection and decently sized. The loukaniko is rich with flavor and grilled perfectly. Add a bottle of Assyrtiko and you’re in for an excellent afternoon!

Skara Taverna is a beautiful restaurant with a nice ambience. The food is impeccable, fantastic, and delicious, made with intention and high-quality ingredients. Dishes include branzino with lemon potatoes, fried calamari, grill octopus, Wagyu Keftedes, Spanakopita, and pork and lamb chops. They also offer free pita and bread with a dip. The service is warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The space can be packed and very loud, especially with live music. It is a wonderful place for an enjoyable dinner or a family gathering.
