I pay an extra $10 to add a whole lobster, so for $40 I'm getting an amazing lunch plus a generous amsoze whole lobster. For me, That's a much better deal than spending over $50 for dinner and no included lobster for that price.

On the other hand if you are more of a snow crab person, The higher price dinner includes that.
still I would look to Wednesdays because I think they may have a BOGO on snow crab (non-AYCE).“

“Really good Chinese takeout spot. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We ordered the General Tso’s chicken, crabmeat rangoon, chicken with mixed vegetables, egg rolls, and steamed chicken dumplings and were happy with all of it.

The General Tso’s had a great balance of sweet and a little heat, and the chicken was crispy without being too heavy. The crabmeat rangoon was nice and crispy with a creamy filling, and the egg rolls were solid and crunchy. The steamed chicken dumplings were also really good and tasted fresh.

Overall, a really satisfying meal with generous portions and fresh flavors. Definitely a good spot for casual Chinese takeout.“

“Weekday dim sum was very limited in terms of options. Only 2 carts circling the entire restaurant the whole time we were there. Regardless of the lack of variety, the staff were great and the options available were delicious. The pork buns were my favorite, we ordered extra to go.“

Regarding the food:

Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.

Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.

King Salmon: Quite tender.

Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.

Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.

Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

And the workers, Yiselle, Estrellita, and Shorty (blonde) made the event so memorable! They paid attention to every detail, whether it was filling our water cups, collecting unused plates and of course they did it all with a warm smile. They were kind, funny and very welcoming. “We came here on time for the lunch menu (served until 3), but we were given the dinner menu instead. A few of the items that are on both menus are more expensive on the dinner menu, so it gave us the impression they just wanted us to spend more. After asking for the lunch menu they discouraged it then brushed it off, so we used the more expensive menu rather than make a scene. The Caeser salad with chicken was ok, just a little overdressed. The octopus on the specials menu was tender and tasted good. The shrimp scampi over linguini ($8 more on the dinner menu than the lunch menu) was well-prepared. The NY strip au poivre was more medium than the medium rare we asked for, and the steak was under seasoned. We’ve had better experiences here in the past. It was very off-putting that they did not bring us the lunch menu when we asked for it.“

“Needed to get lunch after riding the NYC Ferry for 2 hours. Decided to hit this place up as wifey loves seafood. Was seated right away. Not busy at all.

Ordered the lobster roll and the fried softshell crab po boy. Both came with fries - if you decline the fries you save $1.50. If you change it to sweet potato fries it’s $1 more. We got the sweet potato fries without knowing this until we got our bill.

Either way there was a wait for the food. But it was pretty good. The po boy was seasoned well. The bread that it came on was toasted perfectly and not too much. The sweet potato fries were standard.

As for the lobster roll it was weird in that most places usually offer it hot with butter or cold with mayo. This place it was hot with mayo 🤔 but wifey liked it.

Service was good except for the effort on the upsell to garlic noodles. No thanks.

Oh and they sell corn dogs too!“

Today I went for a lobster roll which replaced the shrimp roll. last year this lobster was so delicious 😋 couldn't wait till the summer. unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. it is not longer on a garlic bun and now served on a plain hot dog bun :( also flavorless! last yr price was $24 and now up to $28 with no flavor and blah bun. please bring back the recipe from years before. thanks“
