Our Son and daughter in law and 2 grandchildren took us for Easter while on a visit from Niagara Falls and the staff very unorganized, granted it was a holiday, BUT, no excuse… we all had “the experience” and I was not impressed!!! Only 1 time was steak brought to our table…. Cold mashed potatoes no spoon…asked for a glass on water.. never got it! Has a cold sea food tower… and was served a hot one! Finale brought one, no cocktail sauce, no butter. End of meal asked...read full review
