“Great place! My wife and I moved a few months ago to area and always walked by. We finally decided to dine in. We were taken care of by Jade. She’s a extremely attentive and has an amazing personality. I had the jerk lamb, mash potatoes. My wife has plain wing with ranch and bbq on the side. She had a blood orange margarita. She feel in love from the first sip.“

“I ordered the general TSO chicken spicy style with beef fried rice.I also had an order of whiting fish with sweet potato fries . I have to tell you the food was good and tasty. The fish was made just right. Not too crispy or too soft .The fries were just right soft with a light crisp .The beef fried rice was made the way I like it. Plus their general TSO chicken hit the spot. I ordered from door dash ,the delivery guy was here pretty fast as well .definitely a go to spot sometimes.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Local Guide Review —
The OG Restaurant
205-03 Linden Blvd, St. Albans, NY 11412

As a longtime Google Local Guide, I’m always excited when I find a neighborhood spot that truly deserves more shine — and The OG Restaurant in Saint Albans is exactly that.My wife Sonia and I stopped in around 11:15 AM after meeting the owner’s wife the day before. She was warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about their food, and that same energy carried right into our visit. I ordered the lima beans with fish, served with sweet potatoes and dumplings. The portion was generous, the flavors were rich and comforting, and everything tasted like real home-style cooking. I personally would’ve enjoyed a bit more fish, but the plate overall was plentiful and satisfying. Sonia ordered the cornmeal, and she absolutely loved it. I tried it too — smooth, flavorful, and exactly the kind of dish that makes you feel at home.
Service was welcoming, the food came out fresh, and the atmosphere felt like a true community spot. This is the kind of local business that deserves more foot traffic and support.
If you’re in or near Saint Albans and want hearty, authentic, well-seasoned food, The OG Restaurant is worth the stop. We’ll definitely be back to try lunch. I'll update my post at that time📍
