Of all the stores in the neighborhood, Hollis ave Mini Market is my favorite. They have everything from in store cooking, to beer, to cleaning products, to toys for kids and more! “Huevos Rancheros is on the menu, but we've gone to several restaurants in southern NM and THEY DON'T HAVE CORN TORTILLAS to even make it with. Not Alamogordo, Artesia, Carlsbad, or Roswell so far. WHY IS IT ON THE MENU if you don't even have the right ingredients?!? In Alamogordo right now and the server just told us they're "out of the stuff to make that". We should have gone to Alamo Grill.”

My only complaint is that I wish they didn’t run out of the Soul Rolls so often, especially since they’re a top seller! Hopefully they keep more in stock because they’re definitely worth coming back for. Love the Lamb Chops!”
