Starting to see the new tap system in many upgraded Dunkin locations and this is one of them. They seem to be doing some lite renovations and upgrades and it's looking good. This location also has a modest parking lot and shares the lot with several retailers. Overall, when I need a quick shot of espresso and I'm in this area, this is a great spot.“

“I always stop at Busy Bee Coffee whenever I'm staying in Flushing. It's conveniently located right next to The Westin, and their matcha has become one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly, and today they went above and beyond with a really kind gesture that made my morning. Great matcha, great service, and super convenient location. Will be back to try their other drinks but overall a great spot to hang with friends or have a solo cafe date. It does get pretty busy in there but the line moves quick. There’s also a decent amount of seating.“

“I was a passerby not from the neighborhood and decided to try this coffee spot and it was very underrated and didnt have many reviews but the coffee here is truly amazing and strong unlike many other cafes these are real strong espresso shots that will give u energy. I had their hot latte which came with 3 shots and i asked for an extra one and it came out very strong like i wanted it kept me awake for a long time on very little sleep. Very law enforcement friendly and fairly priced i rather pay $4 for a cup of coffee here and have real coffee than $8 at Starbucks or dunkin for tasteless coffee.

We tried the BEC (bacon, egg and cheese) on Croissant and it was delicious! The croissant was hot and fluffy. The bacon was crisp and the cheese was warm and melty. We all split one and had to go back for another. I also tried the black drip coffee — it’s standard but has a good dark roast flavor. I drink americanos usually, so this was a bit dark for me but personally it’s way better than a black coffee at Starbucks.“

It’s nice that it’s open late until 11PM as well for the crowd that wants to be able to hang and socialize without being at a bar.

“We don’t even know how many times we’ve been here 😂 It’s definitely one of our go-to matcha spots in Flushing! We always get the matcha latte because it’s consistently so good and we never get tired of it. 🍵🤍

We also tried the mango sticky rice drink and the jasmine matcha latte, and both were sooo good! The mango sticky rice drink is such a fun and unique combination, while the jasmine matcha latte has such a nice floral flavor.

It has a nice Tibetan asthetic and the customer service is probably the friendliest I have seen. They have coffee, lasses, boba drinks and an entire menu of Tibetan dishes like momos. “Came here around 10:30pm at night looking for a matcha latte. I was confused at first because it looks like a hotpot spot. So it seems like it’s three different stores in one. Along with Cotto Coffee, they also serve BK lemon and Mala Siblings Hotpot. They have the two different beverage spot menus posted by the cashier. I was able to easily order off the Cotto menu at the late hour even thought people were mostly there for the hotpot. Iced matcha latte was good. One of the cashiers quickly made it for me and asked me for my specifications (milk, sugar level if I wanted sugar). It was the little pick me up I needed.“
