Gupji 굽지 Reviews
Delicious foods with friendly dining service, a must-visit restaurant in our community.
Bronzini is my favorite. This place is hidden jam in Flushing. Every single piece is thoughtful and delicious. I pretty much go this place every evening with fellow workers. I here so much.
Food was great and customer service was great. Food portions are similar to that of tapas and prices are a bit high but worth every penny...

Gupji 굽지 is a cozy neighborhood restaurant with a cute atmosphere and good service. It is Korean Japanese fusion. The food is impressively delicious, and the ingredients are fresh. Free starter salad and free kimchi are offered, and the free chicken and mango salad is delicious. The okonomiyaki rivals anyone in Manhattan, and the fish cake soup is simple but delicious. The menu is limited. The fried oysters, poke bowl, grilled bronzino, and fish roe rice (which comes in a hot bowl so the rice gets crispy like nurungji) are all well worth the time. Other standout dishes include chawanmushi, karaage, pork rib slices, Chilean sea bass, and the octopus. The chef is a fish grill master and runs a one-man show during the day, cooking and serving. The employees are incredibly kind and pleasant, and service is super attentive. The ambiance is good, and the place is cute without trying too hard. It is like a pocha and an izakaya had a baby. The food and service truly live up to the hype.
