Waffles N Sip Cafe is an absolute hidden gem! The Belgian waffles were perfectly fluffy, fresh, and delicious. Their specialty lattes are truly unique and full of flavor—the Lotus Latte is an absolute must-try and was one of the best specialty coffee drinks I’ve had.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is delectable, and the service was wonderful. If you’re looking for a great brunch spot with amazing waffles and creative coffee selections, I highly recommend Waffles N Sip Cafe.

I was first greeted with a very welcoming approach so, asked for a recommendation and was not disappointed. I ordered the Braised Beef Noodle Soup. It was so delicious and yummy. I give this noodle house a 10 out of 10. I’m definitely coming back, and you should try it too.”
“Good restaurant if you crave for warm soup during winter. You gave good variety of choices of noodle and topping and broth. They have a special kind of bowl that keep it warm. It is like your personal hot pot without wasting food. I can go there everyday and eat same kind of noodle with different broth and toppings and never get bored.

The sushi progression makes sense, and the gold-leaf tuna with edible glitter spray is a fun touch. The chef is Chinese and super friendly – gave us great tips on handling fish. Much better than schlepping into Manhattan. Highly recommend if you’re nearby!”

“I had to leave a review after my last visit a few days ago because it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at Sobol. A girl named Alexis made my bowl, and it was hands down the best bowl I’ve ever gotten from here. Everything was made perfectly.
On top of that, Alexis had such amazing customer service. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely sweet, which made the whole experience even better. You can really tell she cares about what she’s doing and about the customers.
I’ll definitely be coming back again, and I truly hope she’s there next time. Alexis made my day — Sobol is lucky to have someone like her!”

There are only a few parking spots on a very, very busy intersection of Bayside.”

The meat is delicious and their house sauce is amazing. I would recommend getting a double patty as they are small but filling. The fries are very thin but super tasty. The prices felt reasonable and I felt I definitely got my moneys worth. This will be my go to place for smash burgers.”

All the takeout food is house-made, with a great variety of banchan (side dishes) and authentic snacks. I tried a unique banchan with jellyfish, papaya, turnip, and carrots—it was refreshing and perfectly crunchy. I also had pancakes, pork dumplings, and chicken over rice, all of which were delicious. The chicken rice bowl was served warm, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back to try more items.”

There are four ingredients: mochi, taro balls, aiyu and glutinous rice balls, which are quite rich. There are two floors with seating. The layout on the second floor is very elegant and the environment is not bad.”

“Stopped by around 7pm after seeing great reviews and it did not disappoint. I got an ube iced latte and an espresso tonic even though it was pricey around $16 but both were amazing and better than other nearby cafés. After finishing the two drinks I went back up for two more drinks and ordered two ice matcha seltzers and those were just as good.
Harvey the barista the only one working at that time when we came in did an awesome job he was super patient, gave great recommendations, provided great service, and you can definitely tell he really knows what he’s doing.
He mentioned he usually works Fridays and weekends, so I’d definitely recommend stopping by when he’s there and having him make your drinks.

Good Mexican rice has a rough fluffy texture and a savory taste. The yellow rice they use here is slick and bland, like the kind of rice you get in a microwaveable bag. This is unfortunate because the rice makes up a good part of the burrito. I found myself emptying out as much rice out as I could.

“Had to give this place a try after seeing it featured in the news. The setting is very intimate and straightforward with light jazz playing in the background. The servers are cooking right in front of you after you order. For my first time I had to order the pork broth regular. Was hungry so ordered the shrimp katsu and mandoo. The pork broth was so clean tasting, such a comfort to be able to enjoy after a long day. You are instructed to put the gochuji directly on the meat and not in your broth. While the portions look small when you do get your order they are quite filling.”

“My experience at Jimmy John’s was FANTASTIC! 5 STARS! The male (older guy) that made the sandwiches for me was extremely polite and courteous and very patient with me as I was browsing the menu board before placing my order. I came in the evening hours between 6-8pm and the service speed was quick and top notch from beginning to end! I ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian Sub 8” & a Firecracker Wrap. Both were delicious and I felt the value I paid for them were justified with the amount of meat and overall size of the sandwiches.
The Jimmy John’s location is shared with Dunkin Donuts as well, and there’s ample parking in their lot!

Waffles N Sip Cafe is an absolute hidden gem! The Belgian waffles were perfectly fluffy, fresh, and delicious. Their specialty lattes are truly unique and full of flavor—the Lotus Latte is an absolute must-try and was one of the best specialty coffee drinks I’ve had.
The atmosphere is welcoming, the food is delectable, and the service was wonderful. If you’re looking for a great brunch spot with amazing waffles and creative coffee selections, I highly recommend Waffles N Sip Cafe.
