Won KBBQ (O2 BBQ) Reviews
Definitely coming back with family 🥰
Good food, terrible service. Went with a group of six. There were two servers who were inattentive. We had to ask for our water, drinks, and orders multiple times throughout the 2 hours we were there. Because of this and having 2 people service us, we got overcharged on drinks we didnt order (an extra beer, an extra soda). They would also double up on dinner menu items (thank god its ayce for one price) but they just arent attentive. It wasnt even a busy night.

Won KBBQ (O2 BBQ) is a popular all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue restaurant known for its satisfying dining experience. The restaurant is often busy, with a small line outside, reflecting its popularity. The meat portions are generous, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, with the grill regularly changed out to keep everything fresh. While the menu mainly focuses on meat, some guests have expressed interest in more seafood and vegetable options. The staff, especially the servers, are praised for their great energy, friendly attitude, and quick service. Many customers enjoy fast food delivery, special occasion mimosas, and trying new dishes like japchae jeon and crunchy chicken.
Recent reviews highlight the tasty meat served and the attentive waiters who help cut the meat and ensure it is fully cooked. Guests appreciate the good ambiance, filled with young people, and the lively atmosphere enhanced by K-pop music videos. Although one customer had a less favorable experience with the miso soup, they were overall impressed and enjoyed their first KBBQ experience. They noted the option to order 3-4 meats from a dozen choices, including steaks, bulgogi, chicken, and pork, along with various sides like the japchae, which was described as superb.
Some guests have commented on the service being spot-on, with staff attending to temperature adjustments on the BBQ and being generous with sauces and sides. However, there were mentions of some confusion with side dish orders, and a few guests felt the noise level made ordering chaotic. Overall, Won KBBQ remains a favorite spot for meat lovers, offering a great experience with delicious sides and attentive staff.
