“My wife and I had brunch today. Our first time at Sol de Colombia of Queens. Our waitress , Lady was an excellent hostess and so was Daniela. They both gave us a very courteous and
comfortable feeling to enjoy our time there. Our food was prompt as describe and with recommendations of choices from Lady ,served perfectly and delicious (thanks to the chef!) We plan on visiting your restaurant again in the future.

“We had a dinner party for my husband’s birthday. The service was impeccable. The staff were helpful, polite and genuinely nice to my guests. The Manager, Maria was exceptional. She made sure that we were well taken care of in every way. All our dietary restriction were met. The Owner, Dennis was very nice and accommodating from day one. He made sure we had a great time. Everyone of our guests complimented the food, very well seasoned and flavorful. Great drinks. The venue is beautiful and clean. Great space. I absolutely recommend Laterna for big or small events. “Don’t know about bites and food, but the facility is clean and modern. Rentals for billiards is easy and affordable. The space is large as well so there’s no crowds impeding in your space for billiards.

I came here with a mission. 😎 I’m a huge fan of tripa so of course i tried the TRIPA taco and i chose ASADA too with steak. I really loved both, the textures, the flavours, everything was great. I loved the texture of the tripa tha most!!! Oh and the texture of the tortilla… wow, i loved that too. 😋“

A special thank you to our waiter, Roman, who was fantastic from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. He really helped make my wife’s birthday celebration memorable.

“I was in on Friday for lunch , we sat at the bar. We were given the menu and a lunch special menu. We both ordered off the lunch special menu, and both got the same a pork jäger schnitzel with some French fries…15 bucks. The food was hot and tasty and the price was reasonable. The bartender was friendly and attentive, if you’re in the area this may be the best lunch deal in town.“

“It’s such a vibe here! Their happy hour is fire and super affordable. The food is good. And their beef empanadas are a 10/10. The slider and fries were a much bigger portion than I thought it would be so that’s another plus. For a Sunday, I didn’t expect a dj and great music but here they had both!“

“My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“

“They don't serve food, hence the single star in that one. I'm a married man with kids so when I do go out it's gotta be good. I prefer things low key but memorable. The bartenders were both extremely friendly and even though I'm in hospitality and know from the food and beverage staff at my hotel that substitutions can sometimes be a pain, when I asked the man to add a bit of gin to one of their mocktails, he happily obliged. They also have a great, of small, list of great craft beers. Speaking of small, this bar is in the style of a speakeasy. It feels like a place that you're not supposed to find and that's part of its charm. You go upstairs. Find the light from inside peeking through the curtain and once inside there's a bar about six stools and maybe another 10 people can sit at the shadow tables and easy chairs at the back. Again, a feature not a bug. I had a German porter that the bartender described perfectly so I knew I could trust their recommendations. I'll be back, most likely on my birthday or after the weather changes, like around Thanksgiving. It's such a special experience that I wanna save it for the good conversations with close friends. The Irish pub or the sports bar will be the weekly place but Upstairs is for three friend I haven't seen in a while or that after dinner spot when the wife and I get some time and get to enjoy some Thai, Nepali or Indonesian food nearby then we take a short walk to a plane that makes us feel young and cool again.“

We ordered the General Tso's Chicken and a few of their Chef Special Rolls, including the 'Out of Control' roll. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. “This place may be small in square footage, but it's overflowing with charm. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and beautifully designed—it's the kind of restaurant that makes you want to linger over one more drink.
I've been here several times, and the lamb is absolutely outstanding. My only two requests? A slightly larger menu (because I want even more excuses to come back) and martini glasses that are a little more generous. A cocktail this good deserves a little extra real estate.
Those minor wishes aside, this spot is a gem. Great food, great ambiance, and one of those places you'll happily return to again and again.“

“This is such a cool spot for a get together with friends in Ridgewood. We went after dinner from Rolos and our bartender provided great explanations and recommendations for our drinks. The drinks were made well, but most importantly this bar has a very cool ambiance, and very much similar to a lounge experience.

I would definitely recommend this spot as a stopover from dinner whether you're out with a small group or on a date.“
