Dunkin' Donuts in Bayside

“You can easily say all Dunkins are the same, but they're not. Every time I visit this one, it's clean and organized. The employees are lovely and very friendly. The food is standard, not much can be done there. But they do get your coffee orders right. This location is nicely sized with a small sitting area towards the back. It's near a high school so I can imagine it would get busy between 2-3pm during the week. However, when I've gone outside of those hours, I'm in and out relatively quickly.“

“I recently visited Dunkin' and had a mixed experience. The coffee was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. This location never falls when it comes to making the coffee perfectly.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have the donuts we ordered through the app. Instead of contacting us, they substituted the items with whatever was available without asking. While I understand that items can sell out, it would have been appreciated if they had checked with us first before making changes to the order.

Great coffee, but better communication about substitutions would really improve the experience.“

“We went early Saturday, 6pm reservation. Greeted friendly and had the choice of seating.The food was properly cooked and presented very attractively. We ordered a bottle of wine & the oversized wine glasses made the pouring sweetNot terribly expensive, great view of water, excellent customer service....I recommend this resturant.“

“I went into this Dunkin' yesterday and got something because I was starving. I was talking to this person who was in front of me on line. I had mentioned to him that it was my birthday. The girl behind the counter then offered me a free drink! I was NOT expecting that! They have the nicest people and you will not be let down if you go here!! “One girl cashier very sweet I love her and appreciate her but don’t want to make donation for st Jude’s but don’t get me wrong I love the kids and understand about their love and support for the kids with cancer but I hope Dunkin can do more donations for people and pets and doctors i hope they can lower so much for the dounts and coffee especially putting into a Baskin Robbin’s would help the environment but it’s not my place as a teacher I would love to help .
