Dunkin' Donuts in Bayside

“In my opinion this is the best Dunkin locations in the borough of Queens. First the coffee is always consistently good and the whole Dunkin staff is amazing including I like it along with quick, courteous, friendly service. it's always a great way for me to get my day started on the right foot.“

Manager of this store knows how to make my ice coffee.
Not a lot of dunkin knows how to make my coffee, some too watered down and others too sweet.. but this manager made it perfectly. 10/10
Hope this gm gives her a raise or a bonus.
Great outdoor dining seating and a pickup window for those in a rush. Has a bathroom and spacious indoor seats.
Definitely gonna make this my go to Dunkin since it's near my house.

“I recently visited Dunkin' and had a mixed experience. The coffee was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. This location never falls when it comes to making the coffee perfectly.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have the donuts we ordered through the app. Instead of contacting us, they substituted the items with whatever was available without asking. While I understand that items can sell out, it would have been appreciated if they had checked with us first before making changes to the order.

Great coffee, but better communication about substitutions would really improve the experience.“

“We went early Saturday, 6pm reservation. Greeted friendly and had the choice of seating.The food was properly cooked and presented very attractively. We ordered a bottle of wine & the oversized wine glasses made the pouring sweetNot terribly expensive, great view of water, excellent customer service....I recommend this resturant.“
