“for a long time i went to the one at 188 and Jamaica ave , but sense they put this DD at 211 and Jamaica al thaw i am closer to 188 st i go to 211th street one at 188 st, there are a lot of kids going or coming from school and the buss stop there unload 30 40 kids here and they kind of invade the place and ransacked the place, is not the cleanest at all times they have a public toilet here but believe u me u wouldn't want to use it if you was desperate, that is why they have less then 18 seats at 211 st so by law don't have to have public toilet it creates a smell and health hazard“
“My review- Good enough. The hours of this dunkin are irregular. It says 4pm here but the actual door says 5:30pm. Sometimes it's open later. It's a pandemic so honestly the irregular hours r not surprising. It was more regular before the pandemic! Your Standard Dunkin which is ok. This is what we want. The workers there have always been nice and respectful. I'll reserve 5 stars for the much nicer dunkin doughnuts that are extra tidy or have nice seating like the ones in more populated areas.“
“The store is a 24 hour spot definitely a friendly space. There's a gentleman there that really helped me out on the night. That I was having a very, very bad bad night. And I appreciate him to the fullest, but hear me. Hear me clear when I say. Do not take advantage of it. But this is very kind overnight The food looked good and “
“This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've been to in my life. I bought some food next door and had no place to sit. I noticed there was seating at this Dunkin and remembered I had enough points for a free beverage. I went in and there were two gentlemen on shift. A younger one and an older one. The younger one was very diligent in mopping the floor. As I was checking out with my free drink and a donut I wanted, the older man noticed something was off (as did I) with the order total. The young man came over and spoke to him in their common language that I didn't understand (not English) to help the older man understand what happened and what buttons to press on the register. The older man paid careful attention to the younger man's instruction. So after I paid, I made my way to sit down across from some young teenager. A high schooler. Before I made it to my seat, the younger employee told me to be careful as I walked back and not slip on the wet floor. I sat down waiting for my drink order. When I got up to get it and fetch a straw, the young man was all like "don't worry, step on through, I'll have this place spotless by the time we close." While I was eating, the man politely asked if the kid could pick up his backpack so he could clean under and around the area. He noticed there was a bat sticking out of the backpack and they got to chatting about what school he went to and position he played; offered some advice. When the kid was about to leave he wished him well and said good luck with high school (because of course...high school y'know). I continued eating my meal and a small child came in with his mother. Again he made sure to get their attention about the wet floor. The small child started taking slow almost tip toeing steps haha. Then another regular customer came in that was Hispanic...they had a small chat. The young employee was telling him that he wants to learn Spanish so he can better communicate with customers. I thought that was cool. As I sat there finishing up my meal, I thought to myself....with everything going on in the world...these two individuals were dead set on excelling on a singular work day. The young man wasn't worried about yesterday or tomorrow or next week, or next month. He was thinking about today and only today and how to make it the best work day for everyone. I could hear it in his voice. The dedication. The whole dichotomy of the two employees I found beautiful. This Dunkin Donuts is an important part of the community, without a doubt. I'm glad I walked in.“
“I really don't care what you guys have to complain about this Dunkin' donut, in Halloween they're giving out kids free donuts, you think about itYou may say kids What that has to do with the price, hello they're giving a free donuts to every kids.. who is take the The lost corporate.. Let's appreciate and support dunkin donuts, that's my opinion...“
“My go to Dunkin when I lived in Queens has been renovated! They actually have coffee on tap! The Nitro, cold brew, iced tea & original blend are on tap! Once again, as usual, they always make my coffee perfect. Everyone in here is so nice. They are friendly and always greet you no matter how busy they are. I miss it here but still come here sometimes when I'm around the area.“
“They have improved a bit over the last few months. I would still double check your order as they sometimes still forget to add things like caramel etc to your coffee. But overall they are decent. Not the best Dunkin in the area but they get the job done.“
“As regular as a Dunkin Donuts can be. I usually would come for the coffee just to mix it up (as much as possible working in Jamaica would allow). Tastes like all other dunkin donuts coffee ever. Never had any hot food at this DD nor any other DD, but had a few donuts, muffins, munchkins when coworkers would bring breakfast. Again, like any other spot. Service was regular DD, took my coffee order and made it (poured it) asap, nothing to complain about. There's occasionally a bum in the morning that would ask for change while holding the door open for you, no biggie.“
“If anything about Dunkin donuts is their consistency!! I love that they are open 24 hours because not everyone has a day job. Some if the most important people in our society work late hours as the rest of us rest it up. Thank you for being just about everywhere and open 24 hour!!! ????“
“The place is clean, comfortable, and fast, the staff is friendly because I have noticed that this year the staff come with more enthusiasm and desire to work, everything is fresh and healthy, the atmosphere is good, there is heating, if the food is fresh, everything is delicious. I don't complain badly about the place, thank you ? dunkin.“
“Very convenient Dunkin Donuts right off Rockaway Turnpike. The staff is really nice. The only draw back is that the lines are long and in person ordering takes time to fulfill. I would advise ordering ahead on the Dunkin Donuts app and just walk in and pick up the order. It will be much faster.“
“My go to Dunkin when I'm working in the area. The person that works there at night knows how to make the coffee, just the way i like it.Parking: At the time of day that i made my purchase, there was plenty of parking, but i would imagine that during the day, it might be tough to park there.“
“This place has good memories for me. I usually get breakfast here after working night shifts and prepping for my second shift in the morning. The staff is very friendly and in time I felt like I was friends with them and to how often I was there. Usually when my shift ended early I'd grab a cold drink to head home. Great staff, good offerings and reasonable prices. Is there more to ask for?“
“Crew working there at 6am this morning were fast and efficient. Food and coffee are like Dunkin anywhere else, though the croissants seems a little stale (but that's also luck of the draw) . Remember that because it's an airport Dunkin they don't take rewards.“
“I've been pit stopping at this Dunkin on my F1 journey to work for 8 months now. As long as my mobile order is placed, 6 minutes before I arrive at the store, it has always been ready and waiting for me. The store is always clean and the staff pleasant no matter the amount of customers rushing to get in and out. Being that this store is located on Stutphin blvd, it isn't uncommon to come across unhoused people sleeping on the sidewalk & a faint or strong fragrance of various narcotics in the air. Take the good with the bad, this is NYC“
“Really good experience. We had two wake up wraps made hot and fresh. Iced coffee with almond milk and Carmel swirl, I asked for not too sweet which is such a hit or miss at coffee shops and it was perfect! To make it even better my cup wasn’t filled with ice!“
“The food court was truly a disaster when we were here a few days ago. Super crowded, all the drinks in the cooler were warm, and the lines to check out were crazy. I tried to order a sandwich at the restaurant next door, and after ordering and standing there for 15 minutes, they finally told me they didn't have any egg salad. So, in desperation, I popped over to Dunkin and got a bagel. It was ready in about 2 minutes. I wish I'd have done that originally.“
“This is one of my favorite places. I come here every day just to come to coffee and sandwiches. The space here is very clean and everyone here is very nice. Very friendly and the service gives me very fast. I smile a lot and specially. And very good.. Specially Nur he is very nice person always fast service friendly ? always smiling ? I like this place. Thank you so much ? ? ? ? ☺ ♥ ? ? ? ? ☺ ♥ ? ?“
“Conveniently located Dunkin’ for travelers and terminal guests here at JFK’s Terminal 4Prices are higher here than at sidewalk Dunkins, but it is an airport, so what can one expectFor context, as of 12/3/2023 a large hot coffee with no flavor added cost $3.89 plus tax. To add in flavor, it cost an approximate extra $1 plus taxBut other than that, the coffee was made as expected, but beware that this location does not do business with “Dunkin’ Rewards”Wheelchair accessibility: Ground Level“
“The food is good but limited. Sometimes them don't have a wide selection of donuts. The service is great, though. My fiance and I always get iced coffee here, and they make it the way we like it; they now make it for us before we even ask. We always get the same thing. They are good. The atmosphere, for the most part, is decent. We see the regular substance abusers straggling in often, but we're never harassed, so, that's really good, thankfully. All in all, an OK spot.“
