I’ve had several frustrating experiences at this Dunkin’ location, and unfortunately the customer service has not improved. I always clearly request no sugar in my coffee, including when I order online, but my coffee has repeatedly been made with sugar.

It was the worst Dunkin ever, the employees literally got my order wrong even when I said matcha tiramisu latte 2 times, and she just gave me the small size instead of the medium one and only tiramisu they didn’t give any matcha, worst experience ever of Dunkin.

The cashier was helping the guy to make the coffee and drinks neither had gloves on.
The sandwiches were taste, however, the hash browns were coming apart, greasy and just a total mess. My hot coffee was ok, the other two meals were donated.
