I ordered a Matcha Latte With Less Ice, just to come in for a SECOND time to catch another employee filling my Large cup with ice cubes ALL the way to the TOP… I’ve already spent $6 dollars and it’s not just for a cup of Ice -_-… and YESMIN’s only response was that she already put powder on the ice… like HUH?!?! Update November 2022:Much improvement, much better. Faster, accurate order, less lines and less waiting.________________________________I enjoy DD, I really do. But this location on Hillside Avenue and 179th Street is super slow at low volume times, and high volume times the line is unnecessarily ridiculously long and unsafe due to crowding. There are times there are 4 people behind the counter, and only one person taking orders, coffee many times has to be made on demand so you...read full review
