It is a comfortable, clean, & sanitary store. It is an extremely busy store. Food is fresh & hot (temperature wise). Biggest problem with this location is 2 things 1) the wait times and 2) the staffs failure to understand customers & their needs. Not bad people nice & friendly but unable to communicate to customers.Parking: You have to find a spaceWheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out.
My go to Dunkin when I lived in Queens has been renovated! They actually have coffee on tap! The Nitro, cold brew, iced tea & original blend are on tap! Once again, as usual, they always make my coffee perfect. Everyone in here is so nice. They are friendly and always greet you no matter how busy they are. I miss it here but still come here sometimes when I'm around the area.
