Hot chocolate is very very very.......... tasty.. No One cafe can make it... thank you for such a lovely. Tasty
I ordered a double shot latte with whipped cream. And it did not come out as a latte. No foam nor paid whip cream in my coffee.
Latte is 1/4 espresso, 2/4 milk 1/4 foam. I basically got a regular coffee.
Also doesn’t taste like a double shot. Which was as extra cost for an extra shot.
Basically got ripped off on a $8 latte
Not to mention I had to repeat my order 4x and they still got it wrong.

Despite some slow service during busy hours, the staff works well as a team. After the remodeling, the new machinery is louder, creating a challenging environment, especially in the late afternoon when families with children make it super noisy. Heating is available, and the coffee and food maintain the standard Dunkin' quality. However, some customers have pointed out that the breakfast egg wraps, like the bacon and turkey sausage options, may have a small meat to egg ratio, which leads to disappointment. Overall, Dunkin' remains a popular spot for coffee and quick meals.
