Dunkin' Donuts in Flushing

“I come here all the time to get drinks and snacks, so I feel it's about time to give this place a good review! The workers are so sweet and sometimes give me and my friends extra hash browns. Compared to other dunkins, the drinks here are also very consistent. My favorite things to order are the almond oat milk matchas, croissant stuffers, hash browns (obviously), and cookie butter coffees.“

“We ordered through the app along the way a few times and this Dunkin had fresh munchkins every time we go. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our order was late one time and they were very apologetic and compensated us for the wait. We only waited 5 mins, which other places would consider “normal waiting times”. Would always prefer to pick up from this place even if it’s a little further. Kudos to the staff!!“

“I was there on Friday at 5:30 PM on December 19, 2025, and the lady on staff was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and attentive while helping me with a large order for an event. She took the time to go over every detail and made sure everything was perfect. She truly made my day!“

“This Dunkin Doughnuts location is pretty consistent. And that's what you want when you go to Dunkin. Consistency and fresh doughnuts.. I got there in the morning so everything is fresh.. the staff of friendly and quick to fix anything if there is a mistake.. large parking lot ensures that you never have to worry about parking.“

“I love this dunkin, ever since I moved into the neighborhood I have been going here. All the workers know me by now seeing how they immediately give me my items the minute I walk in. I wish I had all the names of my favorite employees so I could add them to the review!!“

“My sister and I came to this store many years ago and both of us ordered a raisin bagel with cream cheese and hot chocolate. The food was good and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere was busy because many people waiting to order and people making the things that they ordered.

Dietary restrictions: If people have dietary restrictions, need to inform the waiter before ordering.

Kid-friendliness: This place is kid-friendly because families can take their kids here for a meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible because flat surface.“

“Great spot to quickly grab a few donuts and coffee. The staff are very friendly and never gotten our orders wrong. Be warned that there are no dine in seating as they have gotten rid of all the seats inside due to the pandemic. They only offer take out at this time.“

“My go to for a quick bite in the morning when I’m on that side of town. It can be busy in the morning at times but I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. My only complaint would be that sometimes they over heat the hot food items. This morning my bagel was a little overdone. In all fairness, this seems to be the case with most Dunkin locations so it’s not really a deal breaker for me.“

“Listen. I never ever make reviews about like, fast food places. I go to dunkin every day. THIS dunkin… the drink has been made heavenly. Every time. No idea why. But every single time it’s on point. Enough I’m sitting here writing a review about it.“

“I have been coming here for years and the staff is nice. They try to keep the place clean 24/7 but there's so much foot traffic! I am surprised at how clean it is considering there's someone new messing up the place every 30 seconds.

The late night shift workers (1-3 a.m.) are nice, they seem to be enjoying their work. I like to go at this hour to get a fresh coffee roll!

The morning shift workers are swamped with so many orders, they barely have time to talk to each other, let alone customers - but they make a strong effort and they're usually nice. Even when the pick-up order folks come in screaming that they ordered 38 seconds ago and their 2 dozen latte's with 2 dozen sandwiches should already be ready!

Overall I think this Dunkin is great, even the manager the nice! I had one interaction with him and he resolved it right away.

“Service is great. Food is great. Drinks are great. I recently ordered a dozen donuts and I got some ugly monstrosities. I provided pictures. Two of my jelly donuts were stabbed multiple times. One of my boston creme donuts has warts. Another has a scar from when it was pierced by an arrow. My chocolate sprinkled donuts are (from top to bottom) in ascending order of the amount of sprinkles on it. Finally, two of my strawberry glazed donuts are of different color hue. Probably one of the donuts was made from a sickly strawberry and the other was made from a strawberry at the prime of its life. The latter is also shaped like Yao Ming compared to the other donuts. I deducted a star because not all my donuts were Yao Ming.“

“This is a location that has fast service and good staff. They serve the neighborhood so that is reflected in their friendliness. Even if they are busy, they do their best and rarely lose their cool. More often than not, when I come in to pick up my drink right after ordering it, it's ready within a minute or two. Food does take longer but you can't hurry up toasting food.“

“I visit once a week on Sunday. I grew up in the neighborhood years before Dunkin opened. Very busy on Sundays. Some of the
customers are slobs. They leave a mess and don’t clean up after themselves. Lazy.
Staff works hard.“

“this is the dunkin I go to when I can’t go to the one on northern near 7/11. they’re very kind even though they’re understaffed, but sometimes there’s homeless people walking inside. there’s times when i come in like 20 minutes before i need to be on the road, but by the time 20 minutes comes i don’t even have my drink yet haha… i think they don’t really have updated menus either, i ordered a candy bar latte but they gave me a caramel craze. ngl their lattes taste different lately it kinda makes me sick but i love this DD, they js need to get new management because they need more people for the lines and ya“

“The staff that works at CPC bought two containers of coffee; this was because to bring it back to the bus to give to people on the bus trip to Albany. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was that there were lots of people there because of long line, people eating, drinking, talking, and making things.“

“Hot coffee and no issue getting a table. WiFi was available and speedy.\n\nWhile drinking coffee, talked to several wonderful Queens College students.\n\nWhile hanging out, the tables and floors were cleaned. Nice Dunkin at the corner and directly across Queens College.“
