Very bad experience. I placed an order on the Dunkin app for pickup. When I got to the store 20 mins later because of traffic, they told me they did not receive my order. I showed them the online receipt, they said they can’t make my order because they did not receive it. Is it my problem? I already paid on the app and I don’t get my order? Incredibly poor customer service.There is no diversity when it comes to employees. They are all Indian descendants. The service is okay at best. Extremely rude not very friendly not customer service oriented.
