Also when it was ready to pickup, I dont know if they care about the customers or no, but it was dripping. I asked to wipe it out but the worker ignored me

Very bad experience. I placed an order on the Dunkin app for pickup. When I got to the store 20 mins later because of traffic, they told me they did not receive my order. I showed them the online receipt, they said they can’t make my order because they did not receive it. Is it my problem? I already paid on the app and I don’t get my order? They keep going back and forth and does not want to make my order. Then, they finally take a look on the receipt on my phone say somebody else took it 20 mins ago. What the heck? Wasting my time instead of just make my order again when somebody else took it. Horrible experience!!

It’s a hot mess. They didn’t know what they were doing. I placed my order 15 minutes ago and they didn’t even see it until I told them what I ordered online. Also, they messed up my order last time when I asked for sweetener and they put no sugar at all. Overall, they should be trained better.

Saturday morning 7:30, one guest drinking coffee in the corner and four DD workers standing behind the counter talking, giggling, and not responding to my twice, “Good morning” and “may I order please”. Very ignorant and entitled staff. I go to the nearby Home Depot and from time to time get coffee and bagels for breakfast, but from now on I will take my business somewhere else. America runs on Dunkin, but not all Dunkin’s will run if their service is like this.
Do not pay attention to orders. Avocado toast just soggy bread with avocado soup on top. I’ve been there a few times and the only thing ok is there coffee. I regret even tipping. Early mornings do not go ever. You’ll have to repeat your order multiple times. As well you’ll have to repeat your order over and over and they will still get it wrong. Instead of going back to fix my order. I’d rather not go there. This place Sucks Everyone!
