Amazing service!!! Bilal went above and beyond. I wanted bigger brownie pieces and he cut them bigger! Perfect!

Cold Stone Creamery is a great place for adults and kids to enjoy a sweet treat. It has a huge variety of ice cream flavors and any kind of topping you can dream of. The small sizes are still satisfying, but it can get a little pricey. The staff is nice, always efficient and patient, even when there are long lines on hot days. Everyone is very friendly and happy to accommodate. One customer ordered a birthday cake that exceeded expectations. Another needed a custom cake by 11 AM the next morning after a local Cold Stone had to cancel a cake order at 3 PM due to power outages. After calling three other locations that all needed 24 hours' notice, this store was called. The staff member was incredibly professional and kind, told the customer to place the order online right away, marked it as a priority, and promised it would be ready by 11 AM. Sure enough, the cake was waiting. The staff truly went above and beyond. The Oreo Pretzel Perfection is delicious. The staff is friendly, entertaining, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. One even tossed the ice cream into the air, which was amazing to watch. The positive attitude and great customer service really stand out. Highly recommend.
